Volunteer Forms/VIRTUS

Our goal is to keep our children safe.  The Diocese of Tulsa requires that all volunteers who work with children or teenagers do the following:

1.    Attend a VIRTUS session.  You can attend a VIRTUS session by registering online at virtusonline.com and following the directions for registration.

2.    Download and complete the required diocesan Volunteer Forms for all volunteers who work with children. (See Volunteer Forms below)

3.    Agree to have a background check (if you are age 18 or older).  Any volunteer under age 18 will NOT be required to have a background check.
